The 5 Days
Day 1 – Arrival (Monday 24th)
You’ll arrive in Barbados in the late afternoon and be welcomed into Alfie Best’s private villa.
The evening begins with welcome drinks, time to settle in, and a private chef dinner, giving you the chance to connect with the group and ease into the experience in a relaxed, high-level environment.
Day 2 – Reset & Direction
The first full day is focused on clarity. Through a guided group session, you’ll assess where you are now, where you want to go, and what needs to change.
In the afternoon, you’ll spend one-to-one time with mentors, working through your business, your strategy, and your next steps.
The day closes with dinner and informal conversations.
Day 3 – Growth, Opportunity & Experience
Now the focus shifts to growth. You’ll explore scaling strategies, raising finance, and identifying new opportunities within your business.
